THE STORY

SMASH started in a parking lot with a flat-top griddle and one rule: press hard, sear fast, serve raw. No pretension, no molecular gastronomy, no truffle oil on things that don't need truffle oil.

We source our beef from local ranches. Our buns are baked fresh every morning. Our sauces are made in-house, every single day. Everything else is just fire and pressure.
